Abstract

Datele din literatura privind efectul antimitotic provocat de unele substante alkilante si derivati haloacetilati ai acestora (1, 3, 4, 7) ne-au condus la efectuarea unui studiu al actiunii unor noi compusi potential-citostatici alkilanti din seria 2-amino-5-izopropil-1, 3, 4-tiadiazolului asupra diviziunii mitotice in meristemele radiculare de grau - Triticum aestivum.
