This paper describes over 1000 (one thousand) taxonomic groups of the floristic genetic fund of Cluj and the surrouding area. There is now half a century since the first floristic synthesis of Cluj area was publisched. The present paper updates Cluj floristic fund and mentions taxonomic groups that have not been mentioned lately as well as some taxonomic groups that are mentioned for the first time. It is believed that the whole, genetic fund will be published in three consecutive volumes and that an indentification guide (atlas) will follow in the future.Downloads
